　　Firstly, a well-paid job is much more appealing than a low-paid job to most people. Pay is always the No1 concern of most job hunters. Therefore, a competitive salary helps the company gain an upper hand in the labor market. Secondly, a good reputation can also give the company an edge when recruiting new staff. Working in such a company usually makes people feel proud. In addition, a good reputation also means good career prospects for the employees.

　　(In my opinion,) W(w)hen preparing to go away on a business trip, informing colleagues and clients and delegating essential tasks are the most important.

　　First of all, colleagues and clients need to know about your coming trip. They would be well prepared if something involving you happens. Secondly, essential tasks need to be delegated to the right people before you leave to make sure your absence would not affect your clients and others’ work. For example, if something needs your approval, somebody can sign for you. If your clients need your help, somebody is there to help them. The key is to try to minimize the impact of your absence on the business of the company.
