　　在托福口语考试中，有哪些信息是需要我们重点掌握的呢?考生在备考的过程中，应该积累哪些地道的表达呢?本次北外网课小编就和大家来分享一下。
　　一.三个故事
　　(一)我的一个好朋友，到了美国之后和一个人去骑马，郊游，两个人交流的过程中，我的朋友说这样的日子什么时候才能到头啊，然后另一个朋友说hold your horses。于是我这个朋友，就不走了，停在了那里。其实hold your horses指的是安慰别人，指的是be patient!Don’t act carelessly。并不是别的意思。然后，我们来学习horse的用法。
　　Although he is green to his new job, he works like a horse.他像马一样的工作即他很努力的工作。
　　He has been starving for 3 days, he is eating like a horse.狼吞虎咽，大吃大喝
　　I wish that he would get off his high horse.指的就是不要太自负了，不要太骄傲了。
　　(二)她去了美国之后，有很多人问他关于中国文化的事情，我的这个朋友讲了很多关于服装的事情，讲完之后，有人说You can say that again之后，我的这位朋友又把自己说的事情重复了一遍。其实，这句话的意思是what you said is wonderful。
　　(三)我的这个朋友，在一个周末和周围的人出去玩，其中有一个她暗恋的男士，在晚上，他们送他回家，然后在临下车之前，这位男士给她说I will give a ring tonight.我的朋友以为他要给他求婚，结果却等来了电话。其实这位男士想要表达的意思是I will call you tonight.然后我们来看一下ring的用法。-Do you remember Lily? You two met on the bus yesterday.-Oh, that rings the bell.的意思是听起来耳熟。
　　-How about your computer study recently?
　　-Not so good, my five-year old son runs rings around me.我五岁的儿子比我强。

　　(一)Cat
　　1.错误理解
　　It rains cats and dogs.天上下了很多猫和狗。
　　They lived a cats-and-dogs life.他们过着猫狗不如的生活。
　　John is a musical fat cat. John是一只懂音乐的大肥猫。
　　Don’t let the cat out of the bag.别让猫从袋子里面出来。
　　2.Cat与巫婆

　　(二)Hit
　　1.常见翻译
　　They hit if off with each other.她俩一拍即合，一见如故。
　　Tom hit the big time last year. Tom去年突然暴富(成名)
　　You’ve hit the bottle.你又开始酗酒了。
　　Don’t worry, they’ll hit the ground running.别着急，他们会立刻处理。
　　2.其他的搭配

　　(六)Trick
　　-What did you just say?
　　-I said you are really trick.这里的you are really trick指的就是you are stupid.
