 请求帮助常用语
　　I would be most grateful if you could give me some help. 如果你能帮忙那么我将非常感激。
　　Please could I ask you for some advice? 请问你能不能给我提些建议？
　　       I know you're busy but could you spare me a few minutes of your time please? 我知道你很忙，不过能不能占用你几分钟时间？
　　请求不要做某事
　　Would you mind not doing that please?可以不要那样做吗？
　　I’m afraid it’s against company policy . 恐怕这违反公司规定
　　I’m afraid it’s not permit ted. 恐怕不允许这样做
　　Sorry to have to ask you this but… 很抱歉要这么说但是。。。
　　投诉和抱怨时的常用语
　　在商务工作中，即使是有所不满也要保持平静和礼貌
　　I'm very disappointed with your service. 你们的服务让我非常失望。
　　The standard of service is not good enough. 服务质量明显不够标准。
　　The room I booked did not meet my expectations. 我订的房间和我的期望相差太远了。
　　I would like this matter resolved as quickly as possible . 我希望你们能够马上解决这个问题。
　　I would like to cancel my reservation and get a full refund.我就要取消订房并要求退全款。
　　与客户协商时的常用语：
　　What kind of price are you willing to pay? 你准备付多少钱？
　　I don't think we can go that low. 我们的价格不可能那么低。
　　If you buy more stock, I can offer you a bigger discount. 如果你买得多，我就能再多给你点儿折扣。
　　I'll meet you half way. 我们双方都让步一半吧。
　　与客户商量发展策略：
　　We've got to compete on price 我们要在价格上有竞争力。
　　We need to price the rivals out of the market .
　　我们要以价格来击败竞争对手，让他们无法在市场上继续下去。
　　We need to corner the market  so that everyone knows we are the best choice for good quality.我们要垄断市场,让大家知道我们质量是最好的。
　　We need to build good relationships with our customers.
　　我们需要和客户建立良好的合作关系。
　　解决与客户之间问题：
　　I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with our price.非常遗憾听到你对我们的价格不满意。
　　XX Trading prides itself on quality products and good value for money. XX Trading 一向以提供高质量和价廉物美的产品而著称。
　　You are a valued customer and your business is very important to us. 你是我们的重要客户，你的生意对我们来说很重要。
　　We can match the price of our competitors. 竞争对手出什么价，我们也可以出同样的价格。
　　商业面谈客套语：
　　Thank you for sparing the time to see us. 谢谢您抽空来接待我们。
　　Each product comes with a satisfaction guarantee  - I know you won't be disappointed. 每个产品都有客户满意保证- 我相信您一定不会失望。
　　I would be grateful if you could just sign the contract. 请您在合同上签字。
　　Thank you. It was a pleasure doing business with you. 谢谢。非常高兴能和您合作。
