Silence is golden. Just don't say anything; otherwise the situationon could become worse. I do, however, accept constructive criticism.

Finishing a project to the best of my ability. 尽我所能，完成一个项目。

I prefer to see a project through from start to finish rather thanworking on a single component and never seeing the finished product. Isometimes find it a bit frustrating to work without that overall context.

I’m a perfectionist. I need to improve on not being so hard onmyself and making sure I get everything right.

I tend to drive myself too hard. 我有时对自己要求过于严格。

I like to see a job done quickly. 我喜欢速战速决。
